Welcome to the Urban Plunge webpage!
You will have the chance to explore the less fortunate side of NJ and we will reflect on social issues, cultivate relationships and most importantly, continue to explore the integral link between Christian faith and the Gospel call to service and justice. And, you'll have fun too!
The Urban Plunge is truly unlike any other "service" trip you may have been on in the past. During our time together you will have the opportunity to serve at a variety of sites in the Camden and Philadelphia areas. In addition to the service work we also engage in educational and social activities. The Urban Plunge will make you think, teach you about poverty and help you to reflect on what your Christian faith says about it.
